Rotary Regatta
A seven mile canoe / kayak race down Clear Creak from Friendswood's 1776 Park to League City's Countryside Park to raise awareness for the preservation of Clear Creek as a recreational feature and flood drainage for the region, and promote Rotary's Community Awareness.

About the Race
The race course is 7 miles downstream on Clear Creek from 1776 Park at 2351 to Countryside Park at Bay Area Blvd.
Race provides various opportunities for the recreational enthusiast to the serious racer in categories for multiple types of canoes and kayaks to attract maximum participation and experience Clear Creek as one of the last pristine bayous in Houston.
